At Meaningful Jewelry we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right for you or you have changed your mind, we have a 30-day return and refund policy. We’ve made our return policy as simple and fair as possible. So please read carefully the customer agreement below. We hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.


To proceed to a return, you must contact us at within 30 days, stating the item(s) you’d like to return, and attaching proof of purchase (please attach invoice or shipping confirmation email). Our team will review your request and reply to you within 1-3 business days. Please make sure you fulfill the requirements stated below in order to be eligible for a return.


Within 30 Days - You must return your product within 30 days (from the day the product was delivered). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Note: In all traceable shipping orders, we will assume the product was delivered to you when the carrier state the order status “delivered” - if the carrier fail to complete the delivery, you must let us know. In all non-traceable orders, we will assume the product was delivered on the last day of the estimated delivery timing - if you don’t get the product in that time, please let us know.

Product in new condition - Any returned product(s) must be returned in like-new condition. The returned product may be rejected if there is damage inflicted to the product during transportation.

Proof of purchase - We require a proof of purchase, so we ask you to include your invoice or shipping confirmation in the email you send us.



Items must be return in appropriate packaging at the shipping cost of the purchaser. We won't be able to refund you if we received the items in bad conditions due to lack of care in transportation.


Once your return is received and the requirements are verified, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.


All products are checked before shipping. In the unexepected eventuality of receiving a defective item, you must contact us to within 30 days of delivery, with proof of purchase (invoice or shipping confirmation email) and proof of damaged (for instance, a smartphone photo of the damaged item). Our team will review your request and reply to you within 1-3 days. We may offer you a refund or a replacement of the item.



Late or missing refunds - If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Please note that Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process. For any question please contact us at

Exchanges - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, as stated above. If you’d like a different size or color, we suggest you return your item and follow with a new purchase.

Gift cards are non-returnable items.

Shipping costs - Shipping costs are non-refundable. We practice a Free standard shipping policy in all products, so if you had chosen standard shipping that won’t be an issue for you. If, however, you have selected Express Delivery, unfortunately we won’t be able to refund the express delivery cost, and the refund will be performed only for the product price.

Product availability - All our items advertised should be in stock (if not, "Sold out" is expected to be advertised). However, in the unexpected eventuality of run out of an item, we will offer you a refund.

Sale items are subject to the same returns policy. We will refund the sale price paid.

Order changes and cancellations - We won't be able to change or cancel your order after we have shipped it. Before that, you may cancel or change your order via email by contacting us at Note that Orders are usually dispatched in the first 24h after you order.
